You will be amazed on how your body slowly increases its flexibility in the hips area throughout the 60 minutes session.
A sedentary lifestyle can lead to tight hips which will contribute to tightness, stiffness and limit mobility in other parts of the body. Therefore, we will target the hip area and align the posture to ease and loosen up the hips.
Towards the end of the session, we will explore a few peak poses such as splits, king pigeon, frog pose which allow you to feel the changes in the hip area.
