This class will start off with a medium pace sequence to build up body strength and stability. While gaining body control and getting yourself energized to turn upside down, are you aware that bringing your head lower than your heart helps in reverse aging? As such, achieving a headstand or handstand becomes a by-product which eventually comes with regular youthful inversion practice! So step up with an open heart, flow through the practice and enjoy getting stronger while looking younger!
