During these stressful times, it is common for your muscles to tense up. Slow and repetitive movements with the aid of the massage balls will naturally assist your body to unwind and decompress. This 60-minute session is beneficial for those who are in need of recovering from sore or tight muscles, improving blood flow and to increase mobility.

Knots Off is beginner-friendly however, those with malignancy, aneurysm, acute rheumatoid arthritis, advanced diabetes, severe osteoporosis, and healing fractures are advised not to join unless you have a doctor's clearance.

*You will need a pair of lacrosse massage ball. Alternatively, you may also use a foam roller or a pair of tennis balls but it may not be as effective due to the softness of the balls.
